From pre-sales and sales to the post-sales process, the solution covers everything. It also covers aspects like payment, construction agreements, demand notices, and receipts.

It was challenging for the company to configure different tax modules, pricing modules, apartments, projects, etc., as there was no user-friendly interface. The delay in work because of the existing system was also affecting cost & time. FEXLE understood the issues they were facing and built a solution with features such as business & purchase cycle automation, easy cash flow planning, seamless pre-sales operations, customer relationship management.

One of the biggest objectives of this project is to develop an altogether new real-estate management platform on the Salesforce lightning platform. Other objectives are as follows:

  • To prepare a campaign management module to reach targeted prospects with a clear objective.
  • To prepare a site visit module to showcase product site & facilitate site visits.
  • To prepare agent management module to easily manage & track agents’ details.
